Silver Sneakers Stability Class

This exercise class is designed to help improve your balance and coordination, as well as build strength and the mind-body connection. The movements and exercises target the hips, knees, and ankles, but also help you become better at using your body to react, control movement, and avoid falling. A typical class is around 40-50 minutes and involves both sitting and standing exercises, which can be modified as needed.
