Unf*ck Your Hips (in studio & online)

Are you a person with a body? Chances are you have tight hips from sitting, moving, carrying stress, and generally existing. Join Sam in person or online for this 2 week yoga series to unf*ck your hips with gentle movements, long holds, and deep hip openers.

Give a little love to your hips to reduce stress, allow for a better range of motion, and lower your chances of injury.

This class is open to all levels and modifications will be offered. Wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in; blocks, a bolster/pillow, and a band are recommended for those joining in online.

This two week series runs Tuesdays, June 17th & 24th 6:00-7:00pm.

This class is $35 or 6 tokens, and is included on all Unlimited Passes.

We are offering both an in studio and online option for this course. Please make sure that you select the correct option when registering.
