Buildings of the mid-20th century represent the next frontier in historic preservation and are rich targets for adaptive reuse. This showcase will highlight the proactive efforts through creation of the Erieview Historic District and promotion of historic preservation incentives on two mid-century cases: The Bell and Erieview Tower. Industry experts will share experiences, including unique challenges and opportunities that can be applied to other similar building types and neighborhoods.
