Two-Bench Step Pop-Up with Leslie

Step aerobics is a classic style of exercise that involves stepping onto and off of a variable height bench to music. Choreography builds fundamental movements into a fun and challenging routine. This “two-bench” variation is a fresh take on the traditional single bench form of training, with more advanced choreography and spatial awareness. This class is intended for experienced exercisers who are already familiar with basic step choreography and who are looking for a fun, heart-pumping workout.
Please note: this Pop-Up takes the place of the regularly scheduled step class on this date
Free for Members, $10 for Guests. Space is limited.
