The point of Le Tour de Clayton is for everyone to have fun, get moving, and possibly see/meet new places in Clayton that you haven't been to before!
Tour de Clayton is a 31-day Running Challenge in July where runners will tackle 3 different routes per week for 4 weeks: A total of 12-different routes/"stages" of varying distances and difficulty.
Routes will be posted starting July 1st and will range in distances from 1-mile to 8-miles.
Runners must post their completed times by 12:00pm (noon) on Thursday, July 31st, 2025.

Concept of the Competition:
o To participate is 100% Free. However, it is expected to buy the winners a beer at our Awards Ceremony at Deep River on July 31st, 2025.
o Runners with the lowest overall time over the 12 routes wins.
o This Year we will have 4-categories of competition.
- M<40 (Men, under 40yrs old)
- M>40 (Men, over 40yrs old)
- F<40 (Females, Under 40yrs old)
- F>40 (Females, Over 40yrs old)
o Runners must track each of your runs with an app/watch. (Apple, Garmin, Coros, Strava, Nike, etc)
o Runners must post proof of your times and distances in the event page with a selfie at the route and a screenshot of your data.
o Runners must do the mileage and route posted.
o Runners can run the routes at any time of day or night. This is an individual event, however doing this in a group is encouraged.
o Runners can make as many attempts as they want for each stage.

Volunteers Wanted:
Looking for a couple of Volunteers to help manage the tracking spreadsheet, keeping it updated and current and posting results as needed.
Award ceremony will take place at Deep River Brewing Company on the 31st of July.
