Join us on Memorial Day for the Murph Challenge—a powerful tribute workout honoring the legacy of Lt. Michael P. Murphy and all those who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country. This special event is also a fundraiser for the We Defy Foundation, which supports disabled combat veterans through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and fitness training.

The Murph Workout:

- 1 mile run
- 100 pull-ups
- 200 push-ups
- 300 air squats
- 1 mile run (With or without a weighted vest)

This is more than just a workout—it’s a chance to push yourself, build camaraderie, and support a mission that changes lives. All fitness levels are welcome, and you do not need to be a member to participate.

🎟️ Donations encouraged. All proceeds go directly to the We Defy Foundation.
