Whether it’s testing your strength on the Ninja Obstacle Course, challenging yourself in the one-mile Fun Run, learning from experts at the Health, Nutrition, and Fitness Expo, or unwinding with Sunset Yoga, Fit Fest is about more than just fitness—it’s about creating a community where wellness is for everyone.
