Celebrate Summer Solstice with 108 Sun Salutations
Soak up the sun, reset your spirit, and reconnect with purpose
Summer Solstice offers a beautiful invitation to pause, realign, and step forward with intention. Join Jaya and Indraloka for a powerful evening of yoga, service, and community—rooted in ancient tradition and open to all.
Together, we’ll move through 108 sun salutations, a sacred number in yogic and Hindu traditions. In India, 108 is considered a symbol of wholeness and spiritual completion. There are 108 sacred sites across India, 108 marma points (energy centers) in the body, and 108 Upanishads. Astronomically, the Sun and Moon are approximately 108 times their diameters from the Earth—a cosmic reminder of our connection to all life.
Whether you complete one sun salutation or all 108, this is your time to show up with courage, gratitude, and presence.
