Hit the Trails Training Series Kickoff

Join an amazing community of local runners as we trade our road shoes for something with a little more tread! Trained coaches will help you stay motivated as you explore new terrain. This program is open to all fitness levels whether you are new to trails or a seasoned off-roader.

Coached group runs will be Saturdays at 8am at the Forks Area Trail System (FATS) South Trailhead.
