Healthy & Fun Yoga

Yoga with mindset class in a beautiful ballroom setting. We have air conditioning and fans on if it’s hot outside. Warm or just right we can open the doors. Enjoy haha and flow style yoga with meditation last ten minutes of class. Teacher Kirsten Klug brings a wealth of knowledge in recovery, reset, regrowth and remembering. She integrates in accessibility and inclusivity to create a braver space for all.
