Crones Cradle Conserve Tour

Women Learning Together. We are so excited to tour Crones Cradle Conserve (CCC).

Climb aboard the CCC wagon to learn about this Organic Farm consisting of a greenhouse for propagating produce and Florida native plant seeds, gardens and Country Store. This is an opportunity to see 5 Florida Ecosystems in one place. Learn the progress of two restoration projects: returning 200 acres back to the original water flow and wetlands habitat, and the removal of almost 400 acres of planted pines to restore native Sothern Yellow Pine, thus improving Gopher Tortoise and dozens of other wildlife habitat.

Lunch will be provided consisting of organic produce and food harvested from CCC.

Jeri Baldwin, CCC Founder, will share her story of the two conservation-addicted women who turned their original 80 acres purchase made in 1987 into this 756 conservation paradise.

This event will include outdoor activities. Please dress appropriately and wear closed shoes for walking outside or in the forest. If you need special mobility accommodation's, please let us know at ticketing. We recommend you bring a bottle of water, sunscreen and bug spray
