Yoga & Mimosas With Mecca Freeman

Hey there my love, it’s your sister Mecca and I am so excited to gather in community for a magical afternoon. Join me as take the pleasure of guiding you through a mindfulness yin yoga flow followed by some delicious bubbly mimosas.

This yoga flow is very smooth and easy (all levels) and there will be non-alcoholic beverages available as well. During our mimosa segment I’ll open the space to connect with others and meet new people because we all know that it can be a challenge making new friends as an adult.

VERY IMPORTANT: Please bring a yoga mat and keep in mind that registration will close the morning of the event so we can plan properly for the amount of attendees.

When: Saturday August 23rd from 11:30-1pm

Where: Eden Park (Seasongood Pavillion). When you enter Eden Park from GILBERT Avenue, veer to the right as the street will change to ART MUSEUM DR, from there continue to drive around until you see parking on the right hand side. We will be on the LEFT side down the hill at the Seasongood Pavilion. There is a stage in the area where our event will take place. The day of you will see PINK BALLOONS to assist you with locating us.
