About LINNcinnati
Tucked just steps from downtown Cincinnati in rugged Queensgate, LINNcinnati is a bold reimagining of space and purpose. What was once a former warehouse and county jail is now over 100 affordable, all-inclusive studios - and they're nearly full. Today, our tenants are a near-even split of artists and small businesses - a vibrant mix of thinkers, tinkerers, makers and doers. Above it all? A six-story mural of Ginger, the sly-grinned pig dubbed the "Mona Lisa of Pigs" and the "unofficial porcine mascot of Cincinnati," a beacon for creativity and reinvention - just like this place.
Arrand Development, the visionary force behind this transformation, is dedicated to revitalizing communities by turning historic spaces into dynamic hubs of creativity. Join us and be part of a community that fosters inspiration and success.
