Sunday Yin-Restorative Yoga

Join us weekly Sundays for more relaxed yoga practice consisting of floor postures held for three to five minutes. A Yin practice emphasizes the connective tissues of the hips, thighs, pelvis and lower spine. Our yin yoga classes also include restorative poses and deep relaxation.
