Sunday Practice

What's Sunday Practice? It's the perfect way to wrap up your weekend and start your week! We'll move through some journaling & reflection, then flow into mindful movement, breathwork and finish up with meditation. Class is 60 minutes.

Where do we meet? Class is held just outside the Ault Park Gardens, along observatory circle. Look for WaeCo signage & people with yoga mats, it's also a good idea to arrive a few minutes early to give yourself time to find class and settle in.

What to bring? Bring a yoga mat, notebook & pen, and some water. Maybe grab an extra ticket and bring a friend with you too! If you need a yoga mat, reach out to me before class and i can bring an extra one.
