We're thrilled to invite you to Memorial Hall for this year's Summits & Horizons, our signature fall fundraising event! Tickets are now on sale for an amazing evening featuring Carolyn Finney, author of "Black Faces, White Spaces," on Thursday, October 30.
Dr. Finney is a storyteller, author and cultural geographer who is passionate about interrogating our past and dreaming a future that is liberatory, just and green. Her keynote speech is sure to leave you inspired and energized!
You'll also hear from Crew teens about the adventures they've had over the past year and from Adventure Crew Executive Director Libby Hunter, who will share the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.
The event kicks off at 5:30 p.m. with a social hour featuring food and drinks. (Speaker Social ticket holders will receive early admission at 5 p.m. for a meet and greet with Dr. Finney.) Dr. Finney's keynote will follow the 6:30 p.m. Adventure Crew presentation. A fun paddle raise auction to support Adventure Crew programming will cap off the evening.
Your support of Summits & Horizons helps us make the outdoors more inclusive for Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky teens. Don't miss it!
Special thanks to Speaker Sponsor Duke Energy for their support.
