• Vermouth ratios: wet, dry, extra dry
• Style & specs: dirty (and how dirty), with a twist, olives, onions
• Aliases: Kangaroo, Bradford, Vesper (and when to use the names)
• Order talk: how to ask for exactly what you want—clearly
