• Creative Problem-Solving Tools – Structured ideation methods. Experiment with proven
techniques such as SCAMPER, brainwriting, and systems mapping to push beyond obvious
solutions and unlock new angles.
• Brainstorming & Prototyping – From ideas to testable models. Learn protocols for effective ideation sessions and rapid prototyping approaches to validate assumptions with low-cost experiments and user feedback.
• Case Studies in Innovation – Global best practices. Examine real-world success stories and failure modes from startups and Fortune 500s to extract repeatable patterns and strategic lessons.
