Your pelvic floor is more than just muscles—it’s a sacred center of vitality, creativity, and emotional storage. When tension, trauma, or stress becomes trapped here, it can lead to pain, instability, or disconnection. True healing isn’t just about strengthening—it’s about releasing, restoring flow, and reconnecting with your body’s wisdom.
In this workshop, you’ll explore somatic movement, breath awareness, and energy work to release trapped emotions and stagnant energy held in the Root (Muladhara) and Sacral (Svadhisthana) Chakras. Learn to soften chronic holding patterns, process stored emotions, and create a foundation of ease and strength—without reinforcing tension.
Expect to leave with greater embodiment, emotional clarity, and a renewed sense of balance and vitality.
