Beginner/Intermediate Silks

Join Maia Sat 6/21 3-5pm for Beginner/Intermediate Silks!

This 2-hour aerial silks workshop is perfect for beginner and intermediate students looking to build strength, confidence, and technique. The focus will be on the foundational skills of aerial silks like climbing, inverts, foot locks, and hip keys, all while learning a fun sequence with beautiful shapes and combos.


Whether you're just starting or refining your skills, this workshop includes progressions for all levels in a supportive and empowering environment. Plus, each participant will receive a Theraband and their own bag of rosin for extra grip support.

PREREQS:

Familiar with Pole Dance or Aerial Hammock or taken Intro to Silks
OR
Can hold themselves in a bent arm upright tuck in the air (a ball) for 1-3 seconds



Make sure to bring tight fitted leggings and water
