- **Event Description**: On Saturday, June 28th we will be holding our first Magic Twerk GLOW with Alisa and Jess! This is a two-hour workshop where we will be breaking down various types of twerks and poses to get you on your way to shaking your booty with confidence. At the end of the workshop, you’ll learn a short routine to put it all together! PLUS this time we will be dancing under the black lights so make sure to break out that neon! All participants get a special goodie bag ? to get you feeling uplifted and energized! Beginner-friendly, no dance experience needed!

What to wear/bring:
-Booty shorts are recommended or something that leaves you fairly un-restricted, but wear what makes -you feel comfortable and confident!
-Knee pads (dance knee pads or volleyball knee pads, we’ll have a few extra pairs at the studio)
-Sneakers or similar type shoe. Whatever inspires you to shake what your mama gave ya.
