Ritual is often considered only from a religious source. Yet I believe we can utilise simple daily rituals to deepen our experience of life and sense of purpose (our Ikigai).

This is a workshop for the curious and creative seeking a slower more conscious life. To connect with like minded who value their time and freedom. It is run as part of the Festival of Chichester.

A ritual is a sequence of activities involving gestures words actions or revered objects. It's the alchemy of transforming the mundane into the exceptional. Sacred self is a holder of ceremony a wisdom keeper.

The power of ritual creates acknowledgment of significant moments and personal intentions. It helps you to slow down from life's busy routines... to spend time away from our ever present devices and bring perhaps a little magic into the moment.

Linzi will draw upon many ancient and modern influences to guide you into the set-up of a sacred space and try out a few simple rituals of your own. You'll explore techniques to quieten the mind. Then choose a personal intention and create your own alchemy for change.
