Deeply relax as the healing sounds of Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, gongs and drums wash over you.
If you’ve not been to the Green Door Centre in Bosham before and even if you have, you are in for a real treat. It’s a magical and deeply spiritual place for this deeply relaxing sound bath.
Instruments vary slightly each month but include Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, drums and gongs. These gatherings last an hour and a half and may include journalling, intention setting, oracle cards and chanting as well as a one-hour sound bath.
These sound baths are for just 10 people and places often fill up quickly. Feel free to text me on 07974 472137 to check availability if you wish to come with friends.
What to bring: The hall has a limited number of yoga mats, but please bring your own, as there aren’t enough for everyone. You should also bring water, an eye mask, a pillow, and blankets. It’s surprising how much you can cool down lying still for an hour or so.

Parking: There are two car free car parks here one by the entrance to the grounds, just a few minutes walk to the hall and another by the centre, less than a one-minute walk to the hall. Please do respect the quiet serenity of the gardens.
Accessibility: This venue is wheelchair friendly.
Toilets: There are several unisex toilets including one disabled toilet.
Start Time: Please note doors will open at 6.30 pm with no entry after 6.45 pm.
End Time: about 8 pm
