Through the gentle healing of Sound and Reiki, you are invited to release stress and tension, reconnect with your inner balance, and experience profound, restorative relaxation. Join me in my peaceful wooden cabin in the village of Nyetimber in Pagham, near Bognor Regis, for a one-to-one treatment or small group sound bath. For a more personalised experience, private sound baths are also available for one to five people. Alternatively, I can come to you. I also hold monthly public sound baths in Bosham (near Chichester) and Felpham (near Bognor Regis), providing a regular opportunity to unwind and recharge in a welcoming group setting.
