But this day is about more than just fun—it’s about fostering hope, connection, and a shared vision for a brighter, more peaceful future for our community and families.
Our Executive Director, Darryca Brimm, grew up in Fuller Park and witnessed firsthand the profound impact of gun violence on girls and women of color. Events like Community Peace Day are vital in showing that, together, we can create change, uplift one another, and build a stronger, united community.
