A Sugar Push Special

In this special session, we‘ll break down the Sugar Push - a fundamental 6-count Lindy Hop move that teaches you how to connect and move with your partner.

In this workshop, you’ll learn:

•The Sugar Push from the ground up

•The basics of elasticity, timing, and connection•Common styling & footwork variations•Lead/follow technique & responsive movement•Tips for integrating Sugar Pushes seamlessly into your social dancing

• Comfortable with basic 6-count Lindy Hop patterns (e.g., tuck turn, pass-by)
• Familiarity with triple steps and basic partner connection
• Not required but helpful: experience dancing socially or attending beginner/intermediate classesClass purchase include entry to Fizz dance!
