Human beings are designed to form bonds in order to survive and thrive.
Our attachment system (also known as attachment style) represents our unconscious blueprint for intimacy-how we learned to respond to, and what we learned to expect from love and close relationships.
In this workshop, we will explore:
- the characteristics of the 4 primary attachment styles (secure, avoidant, disorganized and anxious)
- the challenges and superpowers of each style
- a self-reflective process for identifying and safely navigating attachment triggers
- the ingredients of secure attachment and how to become more secure in relating with others and most importantly, with yourself
- a guided secure attachment visualization
Expect to walk away with:
-a deeper understanding of your personal needs in relationships
-a deeper understanding of where you self-sabotage and self-abandon in relationships
-how to create a deeper sense of trust and closeness
-a roadmap for building secure attachment within YOURSELF
-a guided, reparative experience to repair attachment wounds
-greater levels of self-compassion and self-awareness
