..in order to tone your vagus nerve, reboot the nervous system and emotionally regulate. Think of it as a deep reset for your nervous system and neuro-circuitry that will leave you feeling grounded, more regulated, uplifted and more connected to your body and inner world.
This class is a safe space for:
- stress relief and calming of the fight/flight pathways
- emotional regulation
- building a felt sense of inner safety
- toning of the Vagus Nerve
- fascial release
- activating healing biochemistry (dopamine, oxytocin, seratonin, endorphins)
- somatic healing and support for chronic stress symptoms
- a deep reconnection to your Self
This class is suitable for all bodies. Wear comfortable clothing
