It's an old coping strategy that kept us safe when our feelings weren't supported or welcome.
And it worked.
But now it keeps us stuck and unable to fully access the heart.
If you are longing to reconnect to your heart and feel more, this workshop will help you do just that.
Our time together consists of:
- exploring the layers of human experience
- identifying the most common strategies and reasons we use to protect from feeling
- somatic healing practices
- building inner safety for the inner child
- a somatic process that activates the right brain and blends movement, arts, self-reflection and co-regulation to connect to the heart, get you out of your head and process feelings through the body
- partner sharing and interactive exercises
