Through a refreshing and soulful yoga flow, calming breathwork, journaling, and empowering affirmations, you’ll gently detox the nervous system and leave feeling lighter—body, mind, and spirit.

This 2-hour workshop is your invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and let go of what’s weighing you down. You’ll walk away with simple, effective tools you can use anytime life feels overwhelming.
