Cultures across time and place have recognized the therapeutic effects of music on our minds, bodies, and spirits. This hands on, high energy workshop will help us tap into our innate creativity using rhythm, melody, harmony and more. We will explore the use of many different types of hand-held percussion instruments, our breath, voices, bodies and imaginations in pursuit of wellness goals. The event will culminate in an outdoor bonfire music jam (weather permitting). Instruments will be provided, or bring your own if you wish!
