Thursdays 4:30-5:30pm 6/5, 6/12, 6/19, 6/26

Throughout pregnancy, your body experiences muscular, hormonal, and anatomical changes.

In these sessions, we’ll address these changes and how they’re effecting you. Through prenatal yoga, we’ll find ways to bring comfort into the achy spots, support the places that feel good, and prepare the pelvis and pelvic floor for birth.

Ally is a Birth and Postpartum Doula and will share practices you can take with you outside of class and call on throughout pregnancy and into labor, birth and beyond.

No yoga experience needed. All stages of pregnancy welcome.
