Chesapeake Arboretum (3.5 - 7 miles)

If you’re looking to hike at the Chesapeake Arboretum, you’ll find about 3.5 miles of scenic mulched trails winding through 48 acres of forest. The trail system includes loops like the Central, North, and South Loops, plus side trails to Lake Hughes and Camellia Cove. Along the way, you’ll cross wooden bridges, pass streams, and enjoy labeled trees and plenty of wildlife. Dogs are welcome as long as they’re leashed, so feel free to bring your furry hiking buddy. We will meet at the **Nature Trails** sign—please bring water and a good attitude for a fun and peaceful hike!
