Whether you're looking to clear emotional blockages, enhance mindfulness, or connect with your higher self, this session provides a safe and supportive space for deep healing.
What is Breathwork? Breathwork is a guided practice of intentional breathing techniques that helps calm the mind, release tension, and reconnect with your true self. It supports emotional healing, nervous system regulation, and a deeper sense of inner balance and well-being.
No prior breathwork experience is necessary—this journey is designed for everyone, whether you're a beginner or looking to deepen your connection to love and self-compassion. Come as you are, bring an open heart, and leave feeling lighter, more connected, and ready to share love with yourself and the world. We will have yoga mats, blankets, pillows & cushions however you are welcome to bring your own as well to meet your ideal comfort level. Please bring water and a journal, if you would like. Let your breath guide you as you awaken the infinite power of love within.
