Learn to Meditate and Energise: The Path of Kriya Yoga, Level 1


In this 4-hour course you will learn Paramhansa Yogananda’s techniques of:

* Hong-sau for meditation & concentration
* Energisation exercises to recharge yourself
* Developing or deepening your daily meditation practice

Kriya Yoga is the meditation technique written about in Paramhansa Yoganandaji's book "Autobiography of a Yogi". This course, Level 1, is a prerequisite to initiation into Kriya Yoga.
Ananda Sangha was founded by Swami Kriyananda, a direct disciple of Paramhansa Yogananda.

You can attend any one of these sessions.
The cost (Rs. 750) includes the course textbook.
