Self Defence Fundamentals Workshop

In this 2.5 hour workshop we focus on the core fundamentals of physical self defence. This includes the foundations of shredding, a simple, effective and primal self defence concept of physical retaliation along with our own Krav Maga Australia perspective and additional concepts.

Absolutely no previous training is required to attend and learn. This workshop is for beginners and those with previous martial arts/self-defence experience.

We Will Cover:
• De-escalation Principals
• Understanding social vs anti-social violence and appropriate
reactions to each
• Identifying pre-attack indicators
• Understanding body language to determine potential level
of threat
• Weaponising your instinctive flinch response
• Shredding – primal and effective self defence techniques
requiring no previous training or experience.


For ages 14years+. All attendees under 18 to be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
