If you're new to yoga and looking for a relaxed, friendly class, this 4-week beginner's course is the perfect way to introduce yourself to the fundamentals of yoga in a welcoming and supportive environment. Gain confidence to join other yoga classes or continue your practice at home.
What to Expect:
Learn foundational poses like mountain pose, downward dog, and warrior II, with guidance on alignment and modifications.
Explore breathwork (pranayama) to connect mind and body; we'll break down sun salutations step-by-step, connecting breath with movement.
Build strength & flexibility gradually and safely.
Practice relaxation through savasana, guided meditation, and visualisations.
About Pippa:
Pippa has been practising yoga since 1999 and has just completed her 200 hours teacher training at OrangeYoga. She is currently undertaking her 300 hours qualification. She is a holistic therapist with 22 years experience, specialising in deep tissue massage, aromatherapy and reflexology. She is very interested in the way yoga can help align posture, release tight muscles and increase flexibility & strength and she loves giving her massage clients bespoke yoga routines to help with their issues. She is also a reiki master and works with energy and so enjoys bringing chakra balancing and mediation into her practice.
