About the class
Inner Stillness: Monthly Meditation Journeys

Each session of this monthly series offers a unique pathway to tranquility. You will be introduced to a variety of practices taking you on a journey of cultivating inner peace and exploring different meditation techniques. You can book a one-off session or sign up for the whole series.

We'll explore the soothing power of mantra chanting combined with vibrations of the singing bowls, allowing the resonant sounds to wash over you and promote deep relaxation. You'll experience the unifying power of Om meditation, a sacred sound that can center and harmonize your being. We'll also introduce Cyclic Meditation, a gentle practice involving movement and breath to release tension and quiet the mind.

In addition to these core practices, you can expect to be guided through various deep relaxation techniques designed to ease physical tension and promote a profound sense of calm.

These sessions are suitable for all, from a complete novice to seasoned practitioner. Keep an open mind and let the journey begin.



About Victoriya:

Victoriya enjoys teaching a diverse range of yoga experiences, from strong and dynamic vinyasa practice to deeply restorative meditation sessions where the profound sense of calm and stillness can be attained. Grounded in traditional techniques learned from Indian Yoga masters and during a recent immersion in Nepal, she guides students to find both strength and inner peace.



Wear and bring:

Due to the nature of the Crescent Bakery building, it's ideal to wear layers of clothing for cooler / warmer fluctuations.



Cancellations:

Please note workshops will be refunded only if we can find someone to take your place. Obviously we will take account of exceptional circumstances.
