WHA Kids Ride 2025

When: June 14th, 2025
Where: Horseman’s Camp
Time: 10AM for Older Kids / 11AM for youngsters.

What: We would like to offer a trail ride specifically for the youth of Waterloo to enjoy the trails.
*The older kids will ride at 10 AM and go to the Red Trail (5 mile loop). This is for kids that are experienced enough to ride by themselves without a parent on the ground next to them.
*Group 2 will leave at 11AM and walk the kids loop (2 mile loop). This is for very inexperienced children who need a parent to walk next to them. The kids loop is not overly hilly and is a comfortable walk.
*Parents are welcome to join their child on either ride.

*Membership not required but all kids must be signed up and have a signed waiver by parent/guardian.

Extras: all kids will receive a ticket to be eligible for a prize. Lunch will also be provided after ride. Hotdogs, chips, and a beverage.

*Needs: prizes for kids, Adults with calm, non spooky horses, to accompany the kids on the ride, a small portable grill, a hotdog cooker.
