A 4-Week Beginner Workshop

It’s the season of fresh notebooks, new routines, and starting something just for you.
If you've been curious about yoga but unsure where to begin, this 4-week workshop is the perfect place to start.
You’ll learn:
✔ Foundational yoga poses (with variations to fit your body)
✔ Breathwork and basic yoga terminology
✔ What to expect in different class styles at Breathe
✔ How to build a safe, sustainable personal practice
Each week builds on the last, giving you the confidence to step into group classes with ease. No experience or flexibility required—just a willingness to try something new.

Instructor: I’m Amy Busch (RYT 200), owner of Breathe Yoga Chelsea. I bring not only years of experience as a yoga instructor, but also a lifelong commitment as a yoga student. I regularly take classes here at the studio and know from personal experience how grounding, energizing, and transformative a consistent practice can be.
My teaching style is supportive, approachable, and rooted in compassion. I meet students where they are and create space for learning, curiosity, and growth.
Breathe is a welcoming, uplifting space to explore, build confidence, and feel supported—no matter your background, body, or experience level.
