Exploration of Props - Yoga with a STRAP

In this session, Lauren will guide you through poses and flows using a yoga strap, sometimes multiple! Consider yoga straps like tendons and ligaments within the body - straps help facilitate a boundary where you have an opportunity to stretch and find length while simultaneously experiencing sturdiness and strength. Come join us for this exploration of props class where you'll be able to connect to the body, and find an intentional purpose in your practice, through the use of a yoga strap.
