These summer group Pick 'n' Mix Coaching Sessions are designed for you to bring your Coaching questions to us. Coach Anni can provide assistance, advice, demos, videoing - whatever is needed - to help you get the most out of your relationship with your board, paddle, fin and stroke - and you can also paddle and practise safely at this beautiful lifeguarded lake,
We will arrive from 11am and be ready to launch at 12 noon.
These sessions are crafted for competent Stand Up Paddle (SUP) paddlers who are ready to learn more. If you’re over 18, confident in swimming 25m clothed, can bring a suitable paddleboard and appropriate gear, can SUP competently, and get back on your board unaided out of your depth, then you’re ready to take the plunge!
Requirements
Be over 18 years old, be able to swim 25m clothed, be able to paddle with confidence and get back onto your SUP board from the water unaided if you fall in. Have insurance for your SUP board.
What to bring
Own SUP board, paddle, fin, coiled leash, Personal Buoyancy Aid or Personal Floatation Device, temperature appropriate paddling clothes and footwear, strap to secure glasses if you wear them, a towel, warm dry clothes to change into, water and energy snack if you need it.
Itinerary
Morning session: Arrive from 11am - on water approx. 12 noon and off water approx. 2pm
