Chakra Sound Meditation

Drop into deep rest as Kelsey and Matt guide you through the chakras using a variety of sound healing tools to support energetic alignment and inner harmony.

This immersive session combines the grounding resonance of metal singing bowls, the precision of tuning forks, and the power of vocal toning to help clear and balance each energy center. You'll be gently guided through seated and lying-down practices, allowing the body to soften while the vibrational medicine of sound works through the energetic body. A meditative journey to restore clarity, awaken your inner flow, and bring you back to center.

My friend Matt, a genius with healing sound, will be here two nights in a row. We will be Alchemy in Manson May 13th from 6:30-8pm offering restorative yoga, sound alchemy, therapeutic touch, and meditation & following up at the Brave.
