🚨RATTLEROCK TRAINING RUN🚨 Hey all you cool cats and kittens! There will be a training run June 28th at Coopers Rock State Forest in West Virginia! Please meet at the gift shop parking area at 0630, the run will begin at 0645 SHARP. There will be two groups going out, a “go fasters” group lead by Donnie Orr for two loops (16 miles) and a just peachy group lead by Mille Harper for one loop (8 miles). If you’re fast, run with Donnie, if you’re a mid packer or in the rear with the gear and beer, run with Millie! Both of these runners have won the Rattlerock 50k, they are experienced and know the trails very well. They have great knowledge of ultra running so if you’re a little nervous, you’re in caring hands! Bring your own gear, there will be water at the mile 4 aid station provided by Donnie!
