They'll be exploring forgotten Southern cemeteries and histories, including Megan's powerful project on a derelict Chattanooga cemetery. It's a unique look at how art can uncover hidden stories.

Megan Ledbetter is a Red Bank, Tennessee-based artist and educator whose photographic work explores personal, cultural, and historical stories tied to place. Her current project, The Field, documents a derelict municipal cemetery in Chattanooga that operated from 1890-1912. Through this work, she combines visual art with historical research and community engagement to bring its complex history to light. Megan holds an MFA from the Massachusetts College of Art and Design. You can see her work in publications like The Bitter Southerner.
Tom Lee
A seventh-generation Middle Tennessean, Tom Lee is an Emmy award-winning journalist and a political strategist. With over 40 years of experience, he brings a powerful perspective on policy, politics, and the press. Tom is a managing principal at CivicPoint LLC, a government relations firm, and also serves as an adjunct professor of gaming law at Vanderbilt Law School. He draws on his unique expertise to navigate complex issues and is especially adept at conflict resolution.
