In this deeply grounding Yin practice, we’ll slow down, soften, and settle into long-held poses that activate the parasympathetic nervous system and invite a sense of cool spaciousness in body, mind, and spirit.

What can I expect?
This is a Yin yoga class, with the whole approach very much cultivating gentle Yin energy, pausing, reflecting, dropping deep into our bodies with gorgeous deep stretches and a soothing, meditative vibe.
This will naturally be a slower paced class than our Thursday 'Yang' class with the focus on moving inwards, creating calm and releasing tension.
Yin postures allowing you to explore deeper slower stretches that can have a profound impact on your emotional wellbeing and nervous system.
Our venue is at Chatham Maritime Watersports Centre (close to Dockside and St Mary's Island) with free onsite parking, toilets, a coffee shop and beautiful waterside views.
