Sunday Studio - Pure Yin for Release & Relaxation

Suitable for all including beginners, this longer Yin practice allows us to unwind, soften, release and drop.

Join us for a soothing midsummer Yin Yoga workshop designed to cool the body, calm the mind, and bring balance to Summer’s strong Yang energy.

Summer is the season of fire, passion, and outward expression, however too much heat can leave us feeling overstimulated, restless, or depleted.

In this deeply grounding Yin practice, we’ll slow down, soften, and settle into long-held poses that activate the parasympathetic nervous system and invite a sense of cool spaciousness in body, mind, and spirit.

Perfect for anyone feeling the intensity of the season or simply craving quiet time to reconnect inward.
