This class is designed for kids up to 8 years of age and an adult. Teacher Melissa Berg is a Licensed School Psychologist and Registered Yoga Teacher.

Welcome to Wiggles & Giggles — the yoga class where squirming is celebrated, laughter is encouraged, and grown-ups get to stretch alongside their favorite little balls of energy!

Designed for kids up to age 8 and their favorite adult (parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle — all sidekicks welcome!), this class is full of movement, connection, and playful poses. We’ll hop, wobble, breathe, and balance our way through 45 minutes of pure, joyful chaos… with a dash of mindfulness snuck in when no one’s looking.

Expect animal moves, partner poses, silly stretches, and spontaneous dance breaks. No yoga experience needed — just bring your mat, your smile, and a willingness to wiggle.
