Our focus for June will be about neurological diagnoses, Alzheimer’s etc., & what you can do …. Right now!

So, for our THRIVING potluck this month, with the theme of “alternative, easy protein sources”; experiment with a new favorite plant based potluck dish that incorporates
TOFU, TEMPEH or SEITAN, Quinoa, Edamame …
so we can all learn & expand our plant based repertoires.

RSVP and be sure to bring…
…. your own plate/utensils. We provide the napkins & you don’t want to be w/o a plate!
…. a friend or two, especially a ‘plant curious’ friend. We’re all learning together!

We’re here to support each other on a delicious WFPB journey, to be more compassionate, healthier selves in a healthier and more compassionate world…
