About Mad Miles & the Anniversary Week
Mad Miles Run Club is more than a run club—it’s a movement. Founded in Charlotte, North Carolina, Mad Miles was built on the belief that community, consistency, and culture can transform lives. With weekly runs that bring together hundreds of participants from all walks of life, the club is redefining what wellness looks like in Black and brown communities. Whether you're running your first mile or your fastest, Mad Miles is a safe space to show up authentically, find accountability, and celebrate every step forward. We don’t just run miles—we run for mental health, connection, joy, and purpose.
Mad Miles Anniversary Week is a powerful celebration of movement, impact, and community. Held during the first week of May, this weeklong series of events marks another year of growth for Mad Miles Run Club and the culture it's cultivating across the South. Through fitness events, social experiences, and wellness-centered conversations, Anniversary Week reflects our commitment to showing up for ourselves and one another—in body, mind, and spirit.
It’s more than a party—it’s a reminder of why we started, how far we’ve come, and who we run for. From the streets of Charlotte to college campuses and beyond, Anniversary Week honors the runners, supporters, partners, and purpose that make Mad Miles a movement worth celebrating.
